LAC-400 Liquid Caustic CIP Detergent

LAC-400 is a heavy duty caustic liquid CIP detergent, designed for use on the toughest soils in the food processing industry. Alpha LAC-400 is a non-foaming highly concentrated formula to be used to clean smoke houses, ovens, fryers, stainless steel kettles and any baked or cooked on carbon or food-related soil. CIP solutions allow for use as a cleaning agent in food processing plants on all surfaces through mechanical devices. LAC-400 may be used in meat processing plants, bakeries, and seafood, beverage and poultry plants.
