Advanced Powder Chemical Blending Services

Powder blending has been a specialty at Alpha since the company began in 1969. Our powder blending operation is capable of chemical blending 2200 lbs of a wide variety of products. In addition, our blending operation uses dedicated equipment which reduces waste. Powders can be packaged in sizes as small as one half ounce up to 400 lb drums. Our powder blending facility is retrofitted with a state-of-the-art dust collection system which not only maintains a clean environment, but dramatically improves the working conditions for everyone. Our powder blending operation also has a dedicated area for mixing and filling solid products, specifically for the restaurant industry.
