Alpha Chemical Services, Inc. has extensive liquid blending and filling capabilities. Our mixing tanks range in size from 50 gallons up to 5000 gallons. We have multiple mixing tanks using load cells to accurately measure all raw materials. Alpha also has a variety of steam jacketed mixing tanks affording the capability to mix multiple phase products such as creams and lotions. In addition, all products can be manufactured using deionized water if needed. Our wide variety of mixing options offers an exceptional range of product options for you.
